Webinar: Put More B in Your DEIB (Diversity – Equity – Inclusion – Belonging)

Wednesday July 27th at 11 AM EDT

Come join Dr. Michelle Prince and Bob Kelner in a conversation on how and why human capital professionals are stakeholders in collaboration and communication solutions which can enable more workforce equity, positively impacting DEIB, retention, engagement, and productivity.

Human capital professionals are involved in policies, solutions and their execution impacting employee engagement, retention, attraction, and productivity. Yet, decisions on work and productivity solutions have typically been the domain of IT.  Today hybrid work requires that human capital professionals are stakeholders in the solutions that will improve productivity, employee collaboration and communications when working in teams synchronously and just as importantly, asynchronously, both digitally and in-person.

Key discussion points:

  • solutions that support an environment where people feel like they belong and their input matters
  • creating a digital work environment that enables equitable opportunity to contribute, whether physically in the office or not, attending digitally in a virtual meeting, or even if unable to attend
  • collaboration solutions that allow people with diverse work styles to thrive

Takeaways:

  • how technology can help put more B in your DEIB
  • how technology can foster a collaborative work environment that amplifies people’s contributions and productivity regardless of location
  • how technology can provide a work environment that supports both synchronous and asynchronous work hours
