What is it?

This Workflow Chart organizes your team’s projects by what stage of the process they are in. These stages are On Hold, In Progress, Needs Review, and Approved. 

When to use

The projects you and/or your team are working on tend to get out of hand with deadlines and various drafts. Using this template will help keep these projects in order so that they are ready and approved in a timely manner. 

How to use

  • Click the “Upload File” button to choose a file you would like to put into the template. It will be added to “On Hold”, but you are able to place it under any section you would like.
  • Click and drag the box underneath to place a sticky note wherever you want it to go
