We are looking to hire an ambitious & self-motivated Business Development Representative to join our fast growing team! This role will be responsible for generating new business through various outbound sales tactics and work out of our company HQ in Carmel, IN at least 4 days/week.
Responsibilities
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, and facilitate pitch logistics
Work with Sales Management team members to create targeted lists
Monitor and evaluate prospects as sales leads
Set up meetings or calls between qualified leads and sales executives
Deliver introductory product demonstrations
Assist in the coordination and implementation of sales & marketing activities
Support team at trade shows & events
Ability to create and deliver presentations (in person and virtually)
Qualifications
2+ years Experience in a Business Development role with proven track record
Cold calling experience
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written in native English. Other languages are a plus (German, French, Spanish)
Proven ability to to plan, prioritize and manage resources efficiently
Formal sales training in B2B market – Knowledge of SAAS software sales is a plus
